The polarity of the two kinds of fiber materials complement each other. Similar to the filter bag, it can capture the smiling dust. At the same time, the irregular cross-section of P94 makes the fibers have strong cohesion and entanglement force, greatly improves the peeling strength between the felt layer and the fabric, thus increasing the filtration air speed by 50%, reaching 1-1.4 m/min, and improving the wear resistance by 3-4 times, and prolonging the service life. The filter material is suitable for high temperature flue gas filtration in iron and steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal-fired boilers, incinerators, refractories and cement industries.
