Component of filter element welding machine
1. Cylinder: This machine has five cylinders and two end cap clamping manipulators:
A) Pushing two cylinders of heating head at both ends of filter element (simultaneous heating and moving)

2. Touch screen (man-machine interface operation):
This machine uses PLC touch screen. There are six operation interfaces (besides start and stop buttons), automatic and manual buttons, heating time and curing time settings, manual buttons of various agencies, process flow instructions of PLC can be displayed on the screen. Connect with PLC to control the automatic system.
3. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
This machine adopts Delta PLC with 24 input points and 24 output points. The starting, stopping, stroke switch, magnetic switch, photoelectric switch and other control signals of the machine are connected to the input point. Connect all solenoid valves, necessary relays and indicator lights to the output point. All control procedures and flow charts are input and stored by computer.
4. Indicators, meters and thermostats:
The indicator lamp on the middle panel is the display and control power supply. The action, position and state of the solenoid valves are clear and clear at a glance. The indicator lamp on the right panel shows the on-off working state of the temperature control system. The thermostat is used to set the required temperature and to automatically adjust the temperature of the heater.
3. Electrical part:
The power distribution of this machine is divided into three parts: temperature control system of filter element heater, temperature control system of end cover heater and PLC control system. It is powered by L1, L2, L3 three-phase five-wire, L1 phase for filter element heater, direct current 24V power supply and PLC, L2 phase for left end cover heater, L3 phase for right end cover heater system. The operation and distribution are clear.
