Four elements of the service life of the filter bag:
I. Select the appropriate filter material
Filter materials should be selected according to the following characteristics:
1. Temperature and humidity of gas and chemical properties.
2. Particle size, weight and shape.
3. Dust concentration
4. Filtration rate
5. Cleaning method
6. Emission concentration
7. The working system of bag filter.

II. Design a reasonable structure
The structure of filter bag should meet the requirement of filter and ash removal of bag filter. To achieve the following points:

5.To avoid wear and tear
6.Coordinate with relevant parts.
7.If the filter bag and frame should be loose fit, the outer filter glass fiber filter bag should be in close cooperation with the small distance vertical reinforcement frame. The filter bag should be considered and set up.
III. Exquisite sewing techniques

IV. Follow the correct way to use it
A. Correct and serious installation:
a. External filter bag installation:
1. The bag mouth and the porous plate are reliably sealed and fixed.
2. The filter bag is suspended vertically under the perforated plate.
3. The adjacent filter bags do not collide with each other.
4. The filter bag and frame are properly matched, and the frame is straight without burr.
b. Internal filtration bag installation.
1. The upper end of the filter bag is fitted with a bag cap and hung from the filter beam by hanging device. Reliable sealing and fixing of lower and lower pockets.
2. The filter bag installation should adjust the tension to reach the regulation value, so that the filter bag will not loosen and fall off when filtering and anti-blowing, and adjust it again after the first week and the first month.
B. Reliable and effective cleaning:
Due to the increasing dust area ash in the filter bag, the pressure difference increases. Therefore, the pressure difference inside and outside of the filter bag should be kept within the set range by effectively cleaning the dust and isolating the dust.
C. Prevent sudden abnormal situation:
The bag-type dust collector should prevent sudden abnormal situation when running. If the gas temperature suddenly increases, or the corrosive gas enters, or the gas temperature drops sharply below the dew point, and so on. Temperature, humidity, chemical causticity, mechanical wear or impact, etc.
D. Equipment maintenance:
The filter bag should be found and replaced if damaged. The pressure difference of bag filter is often observed. In case of ash failure, it is necessary to remove the grey system in time. The process conditions of dust removal system should be adjusted in time to adjust the dust cycle or bag filter work system.
